I offer one on one or small group yoga lessons with a traditional, holistic, and trauma sensitive approach that incorporates asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation exercises, mantras (chants to focus the mind and energetically uplift you), visualization, and possible diet/lifestyle recommendations. 

Yoga is designed to be intertwined into our daily lives, my lessons will provide you with tools for practicing on your mat and take out into your life.  Tools for physical, mental, and emotional well being.  These lessons are all about YOU and what YOU need to thrive.

The first lesson will be primarily consultation to get to know you and your body.  From there I will design an individual plan for you that will fit your needs and we will decide on the appropriate scheduling that will be most beneficial to you.
