The mindset of Luminous Soul Tribe is to use the practice to bring greater awareness to ourselves and what is needed to maintain health and balance in the body, mind, and soul.

Aris Seaberg - Founder. 500 hr ERYT. 85 hr PRYT. Kids Yoga. Trauma Informed Yoga.
Hi I'm Aris, owner and primary teacher at Luminous Soul Tribe. I am a 500 Hour RYT from the Akanda Shakti lineage, 85 Hour PRYT (Prenatal Yoga Teacher), and children’s/teens yoga teacher with a traditional and therapeutic approach. I have a background in gymnastics, dance, and teaching children. As a gymnastics coach I taught “brain based” movement to younger children which helps in further developing their motor skills and fire up more neurons for the most illuminated brains possible.
To me yoga is not just a fitness class filled with poses to perfect, to me yoga is a way of life. When I first tried yoga I didn’t really like it. And I think the reason was because I didn’t understand what all it encompasses. It offers tools to reduce stress, find clarity, shift perspective, and teaches you to listen to your most internal and truest parts of yourself. Yoga has helped me through some of the hardest moments in life as well as balanced and brought joy the day to day. Through the lessons life has brought me, I have learned how needed and helpful the teachings of yoga can be for those dealing with all life may bring such as, high stress, grief, PTSD, injury, illness, etc. I believe with the practice of yoga we can heal ourselves, begin to prevent illness, change the ancestral ailments we are predisposed to, as well as shift cultural perspectives.
Yoga is a guide to help you search the depths of your soul and offers the tools to listen, heal, and calm body, mind, and heart. You will find my classes will nourish the body and uplift the soul with asana, breath work, meditation exercises, mantra, visualizations, and life styles recommendations. My agenda for each class is you, your needs that day, and offering practical ways to apply yoga to your daily life, no matter your age or experience.
